.To registry assures Register.to customers that their domains are safe

Tonic can provide access to customers’ .to domains.

According to Tonga Network Information Center (Tonic), Register.to is no longer a reseller of .to domains following the death of its owner.

A number of domain investors used Register.to, which was an advertiser on Domain Name Wire.

The company said that customer’s .to domain names are not at risk because they are registered with Tonic:

Registrants will be welcome to submit domain names. We will offer to reset and send password information in a separate message.  Names have always been registered with Tonic.  Registrants will be welcome to manage names directly with Tonic.

Tonic had advice for customers of Register.to that are concerned about previous payments:

Tonic has no information concerning the financial affairs of Register.to. We must suggest that registrants dispute recent payments with their card provider or with PayPal.
