Squadhelp improves domain alerts

Alerts now let you know which domains were registered and which ones have been developed.

Squadhelp now alerts you that some domains in other extensions have been developed.

Squadhelp is an innovative domain sales platform that continues to integrate and improve.

Last year I wrote about its domain registration alerts. These let you know when a domain you’ve listed on the Squadhelp marketplace is registered in another extension.

At the time, the alerts didn’t tell you which extensions were newly registered. Since then, Squadhelp has updated its alerts to include this information.

Now, the company is also scanning registrations to figure out which ones have been developed. This is valuable information for domain owners; if someone registers the same second level domain in another extension and develops it, it’s a great candidate to buy your domain on a superior extension.

The alerts don’t necessarily mean the website was newly developed, however. It’s worth looking at the Wayback Machine or DomainTools’ screenshots to see the website’s history.
