Amazon goes on robot vacuum domain frenzy after iRobot announcement
Company registers over 100 domains related to the acquisition.

Amazon announced last week that it’s acquiring iRobot, maker of the Roomba robotic vacuum.
I’m a big fan of these robots. Our upstairs Roomba zips below the bed where our dog likes to hang out, sucking up all of the hair we can’t reach with a regular vacuum. And if you are a Roomba owner and haven’t invested in the Clean Base, it’s a game changer.
Amazon tends to register many domain names after making a product announcement. The iRobot announcement is no different.
DomainTools captured over 100 domain names the company registered on August 5. The domains cover the iRobot brand, Roomba, the Braava mopping robot, and general vacuum terms. Here’s the list from DomainTools:
