Workforce Software, LLC and, Inc. have settled their differences.

For decades, the domain was used by Workforce Magazine to deliver human resources news. But in 2019, a competitor to Workforce Software, LLC bought, rebranded as, and started using the domain to promote its products.

In May 2020, Workforce Software, LLC filed a UDRP against, trying to get the domain name. It lost the case.

Workforce Software then filed a federal lawsuit against, Inc., and filed counterclaims.

Last week, the parties agreed (pdf) to dismiss with prejudice all claims after the parties worked out a settlement.

It’s unclear what that settlement involves, but, Inc. appears to still own the domain name.
