Top sales at NameJet and SnapNames in February
Arnica.com tops list of expired domain sales in February.
Newfold Digital’s two domain marketplaces, NameJet and SnapNames, combined to sell about 51 domains for $2,000 or more in February, totaling roughly $262k.
This compares to 62 sales over $2,000, totaling $242k in January.
I have noticed a slowdown in how many domains I’m backordering toward the tail end of February. It’s strange how good inventory ebbs and flows.
Arnica.com $21,369 – Arnica is a plant that has been used in medicine for centuries. Part of the value here is that the domain was used previously.
Transverse.com $18,502 – This is a solid one-word domain that would make a nice brand.
Patented.com $9,029 – This is a great legal name. Yes, it has -ed, but that’s a common usage for this word.
Concurrence .com $5,750 – I bought this domain. I think it’s a great domain with a strong connotation.
EnergyStore.com $5,553 – A great domain for solar, batteries, etc.
StreamStudio.com $5,099 – A nice brandable for a streaming service.
Here’s the full list of sales over $2,000:
