A World Intellectual Property Organization panelist has determined (pdf) that Fly Go Voyager SRL attempted to reverse the domain name hijack FlyGo.com.

Fly Go Voyager SRL is a Romanian travel company founded in 2005. It operates on multiple domains that seem to have been registered after 2005.

The owner of FlyGo.com pointed out that the domain was registered in 1999, well before when Fly Go Voyager was founded.

It appears he was the original owner. DomainTools data on the domain goes back to 2005 and shows the same owner. The Complainant didn’t make an allegation that the domain has changed hands.

Panelist Luca Barbero wrote:

As the Complainant is represented by counsel and knew the registration date when filing the Complainant and did not allege a later acquisition by the Respondent, the Panel considers that a finding of RDNH is appropriate.

Suciu & Asociații represented the Complainant. No representative is listed for the domain owner.
