Dynadot’s “Aftermarket Indicator” shows where your domains are listed and for how much.

Domain name registrar Dynadot is the first registrar I’m aware of that allows customers to list their domains for sale on Sedo and Afternic directly from the registrar. And now, it has added a new tool to help people see where their domains are listed and for how much.

Dubbed the Aftermarket Indicator, the tool shows if each domain is listed on Sedo, Afternic, and Dynadot’s own marketplace. It also shows how much the domain is listed for.

The company recommends customers “complete the circle” by listing on all three, at which point the graphic for each domain shows a full circle.

In order for the domains to show which marketplaces they are on, customers must add them to the marketplace from within the Dynadot console.

In a tweet, Dynadot CEO Todd Han noted that Afternic is strong in the U.S., Sedo is strong in Europe, and its own marketplace provides exposure to the Chinese market. While this simplifies things a bit, it’s undoubtedly true that the more marketplaces you list on, the greater your exposure.
