CentralNic revenue grew 77% last year

Company reports strong growth thanks to advertising business.

Today, domain name and online advertising rollup CentralNic (AIM: CNIC) provided its first estimate of revenue and earnings for last year.

The company expects to report gross revenue of $728 million, up 77% from last year. Organic growth was approximately 60% when adjusting for currency fluctuations.

Its net revenue will be at least $177 million, and its Adjusted EBITDA measure will be at least $85 million.

The company also announced a change to its board. William “Billy” Green, who was named CFO after former CEO Michael Riedl was promoted to CEO, will join the board. Don Baladasan, Group Managing Director, will step down from the main board but will continue to serve on the supervisory boards of CentralNic subsidiaries Team Internet AG and VGL Publishing AG.

CentralNic will report its unaudited report for the year on February 27.
