Digity, LLC has acquired the .case top level domain name from Helium TLDs, LTD. Helium is a subsidiary of CentralNic.

Anthos Chyrsanthou owns Digity. Chyrsanthou also owns Sav.com, a domain register popular with domain investors. He previously was a domain investor who sold his portfolio to GoDaddy.

Helium acquired .case last year from CNH Industrial, the original applicant. CNH is the company behind big industrial machines that bear the name Case. It applied for the domain as a dot-brand domain to be used for its own purposes. It later filed to cancel the top level domain, but Helium swooped in to buy the domain.

It appears that Helium did not do anything with the domain during its ownership.
